SCDSB to host celebration recognizing students in skilled trades and apprenticeship program
The Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) is committed to supporting student achievement for all. To recognize the achievements of Grade 12 students in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), the SCDSB is hosting the first annual OYAP Night of Celebration on June 11.
What: OYAP Night of Celebration
When: Tuesday, June 11, 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: SCDSB Education Centre, 1170 Highway 26, Midhurst
Grade 12 students registered in OYAP, along with their families, friends, and apprenticeship employers have been invited to this celebration. Highlights of the night will include a guest speaker from the Barrie Construction Association and the presentation of certificates to the students registered in OYAP.
