Find out if the show will go on at Bear Creek’s student-run musical production

On June 17 and 18, Bear Creek Secondary School (BCSS) will present the school’s first completely student-run musical, ‘The Show Won’t Go On!’

This musical revue show was written, directed and fully brought to life by five senior BCSS students. It centres around the cast of Into the Woods as they prepare for opening night and are interrupted by the cast of The Wizard of Oz from a rival theatre company. After the initial shock, they realize that both casts are scheduled to perform on the same weekend! As they await the call from the city, the actors create friendships, relationships and rivalries... all building up to one thrilling conclusion.

Live public performances are scheduled as follows:

  • June 17 at 7 p.m.
  • June 18 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

 Admission is free.
