This update provides highlights of the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) Special Board Meeting held Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

Report from the Closed Session of the Board in Committee of the Whole
The Board approved the following motion:
- That the Board approve the appointment of John Dance from Interim Director to the role of Director of Education and Secretary of the Simcoe County District School Board, effective immediately, in accordance with the terms of a personal services contract between John Dance and the board, pending ministry approval.
