This update provides highlights of the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) Special Board Meeting held Wednesday, November 11, 2020. This meeting was scheduled to approve the 2019-2020 financial statements.

B-1-a Audit Committee – November 2, 2020
The Board approved the following motions:

1. That the Board approve the audited financial statements for the year ended August 31, 2020, as set out in APPENDIX B of Report No. AUD-D-1, Audited 2019-2020 Financial Statements, dated November 2, 2020.
2. That the Board approve the Annual Audit Committee Report: Year End August 31, 2020, as set out in Report No. AUD-D-2, Annual Audit Committee Report: Year End August 31, 2020, dated November 2, 2020.
