Vaccination Disclosure

The Chief Medical Officer of Health has directed all publicly funded school boards in Ontario to implement a COVID-19 immunization disclosure policy for the 2021-2022 school year. The immunization disclosure policy is required for all publicly funded school board employees, staff in private schools and licensed child care settings and other individuals frequently in these settings who may have direct contact with students and/or staff.

School boards are required to publicly post vaccination disclosure data. The following SCDSB attestation summary report will be updated on a monthly basis.
