Staff PD & Training Cancellations on Bus Cancellation Days: SCDSB staff PD sessions, training and workshops scheduled to start prior to 11 a.m. are cancelled when school buses are cancelled in any SCDSB zone due to inclement weather. Staff registered for these sessions should instead report to their normal work locations. Updates regarding sessions scheduled to commence in the afternoon will be announced prior to mid-day at www.scdsb.on.ca.

Bus Cancellation Decision Process: The Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium in conjunction with the bus operators will make the decision to cancel school buses before the start of the school day before 6:00 am and as such, will make every effort to post announcements between 6:00 am and 7:00 am with the local radio stations and on the Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium website. Parents should also note that inclement weather cancellations are effective for the whole day and buses cancelled in the morning will not run at the end of the day.
