Summer School Registration
Each year the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) offers a variety of summer programs to over 2,000 students. Space is limited, so be sure to register early!
Registration for SCDSB students
Current SCDSB secondary students can register through their guidance counsellor. Co-op applications must be dropped off in person to the student’s local Learning Centre.
Registration for non-SCDSB students
Those who are not currently registered at an SCDSB elementary or secondary school are still welcome to attend Summer School. SCDSB Grade 8 students and non-SCDSB students can register with a paper form from the Learning Centres website. These students need to ensure they receive a current school approval signature and submit a completed form to their local Learning Centre.
Adult students not currently registered at a school are also welcome to attend summer classes. Those individuals who want to earn credits to complete their Ontario Secondary School Diploma and/or to prepare for their future academic goals can choose from a variety of Grade 11 and 12 credit courses. Download a paper form from the Learning Centres website, then visit your local Learning Centre with a transcript (available from your last high school) to register for a summer program.
